13C(a,n)16O
Ciani et al. 2021
This rate comes after the 13C(a,n)16O LUNA measurement, which is the first direct measurement reaching the high energy edge of the Gamow Window (130<E<240 keV). LUNA data cover the energy range 230<Ecm<305 keV corresponding to alpha energy 305<Ea<400 keV. All the points have overall uncertainty lower than 20%. The S factor evaluation is performed by R Matrix using data from our work, Heil, Drotleff and Harissopoulos. This last dataset is rescaled by a factor of 1.37. Uncertainties correspond to 1 sigma range.
